Thanks to FLAAK (Femto Laser Aesthetic Annular keratopigmentation) or keratopigmentation, it is now possible to permanently change the color of your eyes, whatever the original color.

The femtosecond laser
The creation of the annular tunnel into which the pigment will be introduced is carried out using a femto-second laser, widely used in laser vision surgery.

The pigments meet European health safety standards and have demonstrated their safety.

Progress of the FLAAK intervention
Completely painless, the FLAAK operation is performed topically under local anesthesia by instilling anesthetic drops.
The duration of the procedure is approximately 30-40 minutes and the patient can return home 1 hour later and resume daily activities (working at the computer, driving) the next day.
The Femtosecond laser creates a mini annular tunnel over 360 degrees sparing the pupil and the central 5 mm into which the chosen color pigment will be introduced.
The new color is visible immediately at the end of the procedure, which is often an emotional moment for the patient who discovers their new color.
